Data collection is not perfect and that is ok. That being said, we’re not talking about accepting major flaws or gaps. You can still work with imperfect data and gain insights.
How do you prevent the pursuit of perfection from blocking you making progress with the data that you have? Is perfect data even attainable? How can you identify an imperfection that is acceptable as compared with a flaw or gap that needs to be addressed?
On this week’s episode of 33 Tangents, Jim and Jason discuss their experiences with clients who had become paralyzed over imperfections and the steps that can be taken to get the focus in the right areas.
